YANCHEP NATIONAL PARK WALKS - Caves Trail
The meet up is on the front steps of the Yanchep Inn, inside Yanchep National Park at 9.45am.
At 10am we'll begin our 1.5 hr long walk by strolling through the Koala Sanctuary and then on to the beginning of the Caves Trail.
First up is a visit to the entrance of Yonderup Cave, a sacred aboriginal site. From there we'll wind our way past the opening of Crystal Cave where you'll be able to view archival photos. Making our way over the top of Crystal Cave we'll continue on to view the entrance to the famous Cabaret Cave and then, for those who can stay on, there's the option of a light lunch at Chocolate Drops Cafe.
There will be plenty of time for photos along the way.
I strongly advise closed-in shoes, drinking water, a hat, and also hiking poles if you have them.
