The Possibility Fellowship

The Possibility Fellowship is a 12-week in-person course weaving together storytelling, warm data labs and embodied practice. It offers an embodied understanding of how the quality of our relationships and our capacity to commune is the foundation of community.
The course nourishes our individual and collective capacity to adapt to the ever-changing complexities of life, finding new ways of living together that are enlivening for us all. It is a unique mutual learning journey, run once a year for community-minded people who care about growing more inclusive and connected communities.
Part of a growing community of over fifty alumni across Western Australia, the Fellowship is hosted by our team at Befriend.

Why this course
Our lives are increasingly divided and polarised. How well we respond to personal and societal crises depends on our ability to improvise and learn together. Yet attempts to solve complex issues often unwittingly perpetuate the same problems.
The Possibility Fellowship offers a deep dive into theory and practice toward a shift in perception. The journey is both playful and profound. Through storytelling, gift discovery, warm data labs, focusing, poetry, games and play, the Fellowship is an intellectual, emotional and embodied felt sense exploration.
What makes life worth living?
What inner shift is possible if we are to live in another way?
"The major problems in the world are the result of the difference between how nature works and the way people think."
Gregory Bateson
