Befriend employs a small team of paid staff to run its operations. Individuals with specific skills and expertise are recruited based on the needs of the organisation. When staff positions are available, they will be advertised below.

Community Builder (Part-Time 12-month Fixed Term Contract, 0.5 FTE, commencing February 2017)

Join Befriend's Operational Team and work to build the Befriend Community's presence in the Kwinana area and surrounds. The successful candidate will have a passion for expanding the Befriend Social Network into a new geographical area, and strong skills in volunteer engagement, communications and partnerships. The role is a part-time commitment (0.5 FTE) with the flexibility to structure the role around your other life commitments. A 12-month commitment to the role is essential.
